BidRivals announced on their Facebook account this week that they will be changing their terms and conditions regarding payment on their online auctions and on the "Buy-It-Now" items. The penny auction site has had delivery delays caused by stock outages. The delivery delays could be mitigated if BidRivals were to receive payments in a timely matter. The payment time window will be imposed on only new auctions and not on auctions that have already closed (as of February 10, 2011).
